Carpool Connection is a free, easy and convenient service that connects commuters throughout the Greater Kansas City and Lawrence region who are interested in carpooling. If you're new to carpooling, check out the Carpool FAQ under Related Links for some helpful tips. For a step-by-step guide on how to use this site, click on Tutorial above.
With Carpool Connection, you can access your account at any time to make changes to your profile and search for new matches. And, with a click of your mouse, you can contact your matches instantly via e-mail. The Carpool Connection database is growing every day, so check back often to find your match.
January promotion on Carpool Connection
It's a new year and a new chance to win on the Carpool Connection. Those who use their Commute Tracker calendar to report carpooling or vanpooling, riding the bus, bicycling, or walking to work at least once during the month will be entered into a new prize drawing. This month's prizes include one $50.00 Target gift card, one pair of Yaktrax Walkers (great for foot traction on the ice and snow) and two RideShare lunch/goodie bags. Winners will be notified on Friday, January 30th.
To be eligible, participants must work for employers located in Jackson, Clay, Platte or Cass counties in Missouri, or Johnson, Wyandotte or Leavenworth counties in Kansas. This promotion is sponsored by the RideShare Program at the Mid-America Regional Council.
